  • Yes, I offer payment plans ranging from two payments to as many as you're comfortable making within the timeframe we work together. Please note, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required to book your session.

  • Yes, absolutely! Flexible payment options are available, and we can set up a custom plan that works best for your family during your Creative Consult.

    Standard 3-Payment Plan:

    1. $250 Retainer: Due at your Creative Consult to officially lock in your session dates.

    2. Payment 2: Due 1 month before your first photo session.

    3. Payment 3: Due 1 month before your main/fall session.

  • Every collection is designed to give you both digital freedom and high-end finished portraiture. Here is what comes standard:

    • High-Resolution Digitals: Fully retouched digital images delivered in a private, downloadable online gallery to save and share.

    • Full Print Release: Personal printing rights so you have full freedom to print your photos anywhere you like.

    • Professional Print Store: Direct access through your online gallery to order professional-grade prints, canvases, and albums.

    • Sports & Banner Options: Specific collections (like the MVP and VIP tiers) include custom sports portraits, vinyl banners, and game-day elements built directly into your session experience!

  • While standalone senior banner sessions are no longer offered for new clients, legacy families who have previously booked banner-only sessions with me are grandfathered in!

    If you are a returning family, reach out to me directly and I’ll get your session set up. For all new clients, sports and banner portraits are offered exclusively within my full senior packages to ensure you get the most complete, high-quality portrait experience possible.

  • Senior Portrait Sessions:

    Final retouched senior galleries have a 3 to 4 week turnaround time from your session date.

    Sports & Banner Sessions:

    Sports sessions follow a slightly different timeline to make choosing your images easy:

    • Proofing Gallery: Delivered 2 to 3 weeks after your final sports session so you can view all your photos and select your favorites at once.

    • Final Production: Once you choose your banner photos, design and production take another 2 to 3 weeks.

    • Game Day Guarantee: Printed banners are delivered before your first official home game (excluding scrimmages).

  • I keep the schedule flexible so weather or game conflicts never ruin your session! Here is how we handle reschedules:

    • Built-In Buffer Days: I intentionally limit the number of sessions booked each week to leave open backup dates. My goal is always to get your session rescheduled within a 2-week window of your original date.

    • Weather Policy: Overcast and cloudy days actually make for soft, beautiful portrait lighting, so we do not reschedule for clouds! However, if active rain or severe weather hits, we will definitely reschedule.

    • Working Around Schedules & Daylight: While I’m always happy to work around busy sports schedules, outdoor natural light is on a set clock! To make the most of sunset before daylight fades, I may ask if your athlete can slip away from practice a little early on our rescheduled date so we don't lose the sun.
